Kat Almonte
BIO
My artworks are for expressing myself in an automatic way, to explore my affliction, my pain and my love. Art is all around me, not because I choose to see it this way but because it is so. In my spiritual and emotional quest to heal myself, my photographic works for this exhibition recount my relationship with my family until now. This is a journey of my ego, little Kat and Big Kat. We are all the same Kat but with different ways of interacting with our physical world.
