Multi-Day Retreat
INCLUDES:
- up to 3-4 days of coverage (Morning to evening, covering different activities, meals, group dynamics, and quiet moments) hours of coverage
- Pre-event consultation (To plan key shots, understand the retreat’s schedule, and expectations)
- candid photography (Capturing participants in the flow of activities, interactions, and reflections)
- Full digital gallery (A curated collection of 200–325 edited high-res images delivered within 3-6 weeks)

International Retreat
INCLUDES:
- up to7 days of coverage (Capturing all key moments, including arrivals, excursions, activities, cultural experiences, etc.)
- Pre-retreat consultation & planning (Detailed discussions to understand the itinerary, desired shots, and unique elements of the location)
- On-location photography (Candid moments, group photos, portraits, and environmental shots that showcase the location)
- Full digital gallery (A curated collection of 250–400 edited high-res images delivered within 3-6 weeks)

What types of retreats do you specialize in?
We specialize in photography for a variety of retreats, including day retreats, multi-day retreats, and international or destination retreats. We’re experienced in capturing both small, intimate gatherings and large-scale events, whether local or abroad.
How does your duo photography work?
We are a team of two photographers, which allows us to capture a wider range of moments from multiple angles and perspectives. This means we can cover different activities happening simultaneously, shoot larger groups efficiently, and offer a variety of creative shots.
How many photos do I get from the retreat?
The number of photos depends on the length and scale of the retreat:
For day retreats, we deliver 75-125 edited images.
For multi-day retreats, we deliver 150-250 edited images.
For international or destination retreats, we deliver 300-450 edited images. We capture a wide range of moments, so you’ll get both group shots and more intimate, candid images.
Can I request specific moments or activities to be captured?
Absolutely! We encourage clients to discuss key moments or activities they want highlighted in the pre-event consultation. This helps us ensure that we focus on what matters most to you, whether it’s a particular ceremony, workshop, or group bonding moment.
